The space The property is located in the hamlet of Skelwith Bridge. Some of the best scenery, walking, climbing and cycling in the UK surrounds the property. For convenient eating out, the famous river-side Chesters Café and Skelwith Bridge Inn are only 200 yards away; while the beautiful Lakeland towns of Ambleside, Grasmere and Coniston are only 3 miles away as is the famous Lake Windermere. The property is set in peaceful mature gardens that provide a tranquil setting to sit in the sun, enjoy viewing the surrounding fells, and the many different species of bird-life that visit the garden and for children to play. The forecourt has space for 5 cars to park, there is a small lockable outhouse that a couple of mountain bikes can be kept in. On the first floor of Greenbank House, you have High Greenbank with the main kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bed rooms (1 en-suite) and family bathroom. On the ground floor in Lower Greenbank: you have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room and a family bathroom. In the Little Greenbank annex you have a bedroom, kitchenette, living room and family bathroom. The house has a games room with table tennis and table football.
