If you want to just get away from it all & have that holiday beach cottage feel without the price tag, this is it. Ample parking, leave your car at the property, then just a short walk to the beach & shops. If not a long weekend and you stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sunday night will be at the lower rate Pet friendly and wheel chair accessible to main part of house, (1 step), not to back yard, bathrooms are not disabled style You will have the whole house to yourselves, only a few hundred meters to beach, shops, restaurants and cafe's, just a fabulous location, and then on the 4th Sunday of each month (except December being 1st Sunday) you can also stroll down to the end of the street to the Avoca Beach markets, all so surprisingly close, so convenient, especially after a few drinks at the local restaurants, and no steep hills to climb. On Sunday mornings (or any other day except Mondays) its always a nice idea to walk almost across the road to Ludo's and buy some fresh bread from the local bakery / coffee shop. This cottage is set well back and amongst the cool shade of trees, with Kookaburra's and Lorikeets often waiting to be fed from the rear deck that caters for 10 seated, BBQ and cane outdoor lounge to relax, read a book or glance at the lake, also overlooks the sun-drenched lawn where kids can play. Added pizza oven located downstairs for something different. Lounge room now has a slow combustion wood fireplace installed, great for cosy winter nights. Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one bedroom down stairs which is great for the kids as it has both internal and external access. Master bedroom has its own en-suite, then there is a renovated main bathroom on the main level with the 3rd combined with laundry on the lower level. Linen and bed making now included at $25pp for the length of the stay We also supply plenty of bathroom soap/wash, for hand and body wash (in bottles), some dish washing liquid, cleaning products, dishwasher tables, toilet paper, tissues and paper towels. kitchen is well catered for in terms of crockery, cutlery, fry pans and numerous cooking implements. Guests basically just need to bring their own food and any specialty items, we now supply linen charged at $25pp for the length of the stay. Guest access Guests has total access to the whole house, all you need to bring is your own beach towels A small quantity of detergents, scourers, dish washing tablets and liquid is supplied. Access- keys, electronic lock code, therefore 24 hr access, no keys to pick up There are no front door or back door keys to loose, or give to the kids. To enter, just hold the back of hand over the black lock screen, lock will light up, then press door security code xxxx then press padlock symbol bottom RHS, then turn handle. Lock will re-lock itself in about 5 seconds.
