On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms including master suite (bathroom) + bathroom with bathtub and toilet. 2nd floor: double bedroom. Pleasant garden with garden furniture, terrace for lunch under pergola. 2 cats in residence. Other things to note I provide linens, bath mats and dish towels but NOT BATH TOWELS. Great location for the 2024 Olympics. 14-minute drive to the Stade de France (athletics), 20-minute drive to the Stade Nautique de St Denis (artistic swimming, diving, water polo), 19-minute drive to Villepinte (boxing), 18-minute drive to Le Bourget (climbing), 26-minute drive to Vaires sur Marne (rowing and canoeing).
