All guests enter and exit the home thru the front door via a key which is rekeyed periodically. The front door has a ring doorbell camera. This is a 3,000 sq. ft. four-level large home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and it is owner occupied and host/owner works from home. This is a no smoking, no pets, no excessive drinking home with a lot of space including a nice, seasonal April-Sept. screened porch, and family room which are shared. There is a dedicated workspace which may be used by guests. All guests are asked to use headphones for games, movies or any computer activities. High speed wireless internet is in use throughout this home. Host telephone, computer and printer are not available for guest usage. Telephone is blocked for long distance calling. This home has a double wide driveway no trucks or large SUV's only small to mid-sized vehicles can be accommodated. All dining is done in dining room or on screened porch at table in season june- Sept weather permitting. All delivered food containers must be discarded in outside green barrel in a bag except for when it is raining. Hostess is available to answer questions you may have about dining, or other amenities needed. Many are within two miles of this home. Lovely suburban neighborhood with all amenities you will need nearby ie: Starbucks, Dunkin, McDonalds, Subway ,supermarkets, gas stations 24 hour gym, medical facilities, post office, library and banks. You will need a vehicle or use uber or lyft to get around. Bus is one mile from this home. Emergency vehicles pass by this home occasionally with sirens.
