We rent the upper floor of our summer home – a fully private and comfortable space, perfect for 2–5 guests. 🏖️ Located just 300m from the beach and 300m from Lake Techirghiol The space includes: 2 large bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 spacious living/dining area 1 terrace 🔥 The house is heated during winter, 22°C The space Tourism Tax – Eforie City Hall Starting in 2025, the Eforie City Hall has introduced a tourism tax of 5 lei/day/person, which applies to all guests staying in the city. This tax is not included in the Airbnb booking price and must be paid separately in cash upon check-in. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Access to the house is through a shared gate that opens into a quiet, green courtyard. After walking about 15 meters along the main path, you'll reach the external staircase that leads directly to the upper floor – the private space reserved exclusively for our guests. The upper floor is fully private, including a 25 sqm terrace, perfect for sunbathing, morning coffee, or relaxing evenings. 🌿 In the courtyard, you'll also find a designated BBQ and fire pit area – a cozy spot for outdoor cooking, storytelling, and relaxed summer nights. It’s the ideal place to enjoy fresh food, laughter, and starry skies in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Other things to note We are a green home – we produce hot water using solar energy ☀️ and generate electricity through solar panels ⚡. 🚿 To help us stay eco-friendly and ensure comfort for all guests, please turn off the water while soaping or shampooing. ♻️ This small gesture helps keep hot water available throughout the day and night, as it takes time to reheat once depleted. 🙏 Thank you for your understanding and for helping us take care of the planet! 🌍💚
