The space The apartment consists of a fully furnished kitchen , a large sitting/dining room with a sofa-bed for two people , a double bedroom and a 25m2 private patio. It is new, in impecable conditions, and it has been furnished with love and care for comfort and design. A parking space available in the same builiding and included in the price, which is a very important asset in the city's old town .Suitable for people with reduced mobility and babies and toddlers, high chair and a baby cot provided on request. Guest access The apartment is in a new well disegned block of flats with entry phone , surrounded with all sorts of shops - a well provided supermarket, numerous greengrocers, bakeries, hair dresser's and a phramacy are at less than a minute walk. If you turn right when you leave the building, Victoria Street, leading right to Plaza de la Merced will be at 30 meters away. If you turn left, you will be able to get to the best beach of the city in less then 20 min. Other things to note The quiet and comfortable patio ,where , on most days, our guest will be able to have breakfast, lunch , te, and from May till late September, dinner is one of the big advantages of our place, as it is not at all common in the city centre. Please notice that, if you are coming by your car or are planning to rent one, and you want to stay an apartment in the centre, having a parking place at your disposal is a must, or else you may end up driving around looking for one, and spending a fortune on it .
