The space This home comes furnished with a living area, a reception room, separate dining room and a beautiful conservatory. The living area is fitted with a 43" TV for your entertainment and plenty of quiet space if you are staying on business. The kitchen-diner is fitted with a huge dining table seating 6, a dishwasher, microwave, hob & fridge freezer. Along with many cooking essentials you may need (or not if you treat yourself to that cheeky takeaway) Upstairs there are 3 spacious carpeted bedrooms, two large doubles and one single bedroom. There is a large bathroom with luxurious bath and over shower, towels and hair dryer are provided. The property boasts a beautiful garden overlooking lock 92 along the Iconic Rochdale Canal. Guest access The perfect thing about a house in the city is you have just that! With access to the entire house and lots of cosy rooms to choose from. The house has wifi throughout and plenty of storage space for your luggage. The kitchen conservatory floods the house with natural light so you can relax during your stay and enjoy your own corner of peace in the city. Packed with bustling bars and restaurants along Deansgate and Spinningfield: such as Dukes 92, Albert's shed and the Comedy store for a chance to see some amazing stand-up comedy. Other things to note Please note: Due to the location of the rail/tram tracks and the nearby bar, this can be a noisy property however, earplugs are provided as courtesy. The cottage has 2 stories so please note that access to the bedrooms is via a standard staircase. On arrival you will find some complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
