The large entrance hall leads to the sitting room and dining area, spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional guest bathroom. The large sitting room is flooded with natural light and boasts a stone fireplace, ample comfortable furniture, TV, DVD player and views of the gardens and mountains. The adjoining dining room is furnished with a large dining table, seating 8, and offering garden and mountain views. Also in this area is a library and reading area packed with books and games. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with all necessary equipment and modern conveniences, including a Stanley range, a cooker with gas hob and electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, plus much more. Just off the kitchen you will find a utility room which houses the fridge, small freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Also close to the kitchen is an additional small living room which is ideal as a children’s play area. It includes a double sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. The house offers 4 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, ample storage, walk-in wardrobe and French doors out to the decked area. The en-suite has both a bath and a shower. This room offers wonderful mountain and sea views. To the front of the property are 2 double bedrooms with timber flooring, wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and offering views of the mountains and countryside. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, en-suite shower room and views overlooking the garden and decked area.The large wooden deck at the rear of the house is accessible from the rear door and from the master bedroom and offers fantastic views of the Twelve Bens mountains, surrounding countryside and Ballynakill Bay. This is a wonderful space for relaxation and entertaining. Oil fired central heating throughout the property. BBQ area and garden furniture available. Cot and highchair are available.
