Large double bedroom in the suburb of Totley with fantastic rural views & doorstep walks. Buses running regularly to city centre and the Peak District from bottom of road. Local railway station on the route to Manchester and Peak District towns. Safe parking on the quiet cul-de-sac. Family bathroom with shower over the bath. Possibility of accommodating infant in travel cot if requested on booking. The space Large double room with views across the valley in a quiet location. Wireless broadband included. 10 minute walk down the road to the local Coop store for food and other goodies as well as a lovely local cafe, butchers & pharmacy. There are also a number of takeways/restaurants within easy walking distance including some excellent pubs serving good food. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen for cooking. There is also a dining room and sitting room you are welcome to use. Outdoor garden in summer with patio area to sit and enjoy the views. Shared family bathroom with huge bath tub to soak in and shower head over the bath. During your stay We enjoy meeting new people and will be happy to chat with you and offer information and advice to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. However, we aren't offended if guests prefer their own company and will equally allow you your own space! Weekday arrival of guests from 6pm (sometimes negotiable, please ask when booking) and weekday departures by 9am. For weekend arrival/departures please contact prior to booking request arrange arrival time. We may be able to accommodate an earlier check in if we aren't already busy with our own adventures! Other things to note We have young children who won't disturb you at night, although they will make their presence known if we're in during the day and we can't promise a leisurely lie in! We also have an incredibly affectionate cat - he's kept out of the guest room so shouldn't pose a problem for non-feline fans. Please note check in/out times before booking. We greet guests personally for check-in, and if you need to arrive/depart at times outside our standard booking times then please request this when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you. When making a booking request, please let us know details of when you expect to arrive and we ask you to update us close to your arrival for this. This helps us to ensure we are ready to greet you properly on arrival and ensure we are not in the middle of eating/sorting out our kids!
