The garage accommodates 2 cars and has protected access via a driveway. GROUND FLOOR The main floor offers a bright and airy living-dining area with fireplace and Smart TV, compatible with your Netflix/Disney/etc accounts. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated in 2025 and includes a dining table and direct access to the terrace/pool area. Both the living room and kitchen open onto the outdoor area, featuring a private pool, barbecue, and pergola with outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and evenings by the sea. This floor also includes a full bathroom with shower.
