Trailhead House is the CLOSEST house to the trail head where you can relax on the large front verandah and still have a clear view to the trail head, pump track, suspension bridge and right up Main street without even getting out of your seat. The house is 3 bedrooms and set up to sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. Bedrooms 1 & 2 can be 2 x single beds or 2 x king beds, Bedroom 3 is a king. It features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room all heated by a new freestanding wood heater. The space We are located right in Derby at the trail end of town. This newly renovated house with new kitchen, bathroom/laundry is on a 900 m2 block with a big yard and lots of privacy. You can literally roll your bike down the yard onto the trailhead or across the street to the shuttles. If you want a front row seat to all of the action including the EWS you can't get any better.
