• EV charging station for electric vehicles Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80€ /day for the first two days & 60€ /every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available Internal Living: Designed entirely on one level and unfolding across 130m² of thoughtfully arranged interior space, the villa embraces clean architectural lines, abundant natural light and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
