Beautiful location on the back waters and canal of Fripp Island, SC, only 0.2 miles from the beach. Centrally located on the island with easy access to bike trails and short golf cart rides to anywhere on the island. The sunset and marsh views from this Tennis Villa are unforgettable and what puts this location on the map! This is our second home and our little piece of paradise that we’d like to share with those who will treat it as we do. Our villa is equipped with everything you may need for an amazing beach vacation, including linens, bath towels, and a fully stocked kitchen to make any meal you’d like. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king sized bed, and wall mounted smart TV. The downstairs full bathroom is located just outside of the master bedroom. The upstairs is a huge loft with two California kings, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and smart TV. Additional to the bedroom areas, there is a dining area with seating for up to eight and counter seating for four. The living area has a third smart TV and a pull out sofa for additional sleeping space. We also have a pack and play available for any little ones. We do supply a selection of beach chairs and an umbrella, but you may want to bring your own to ensure you have the shade and size you’d prefer. You will have access to the entire villa. Will be available by phone nearly 24/7. The entire island is beautiful and we are located in the center of it all. Cars, golf carts, bike, and by foot are your methods of transportation. Plenty of bike trails and low speed limits contribute to its peaceful environment. Golf carts are the way to travel on Fripp. The unit also comes with the use of our 6 passenger, golf cart and 3 sit in kayaks. There is a $350 refundable security deposit for use of the property, golf cart, and kayaks. The cost to use the golf cart is included in the nightly rate. We do not offer amenity cards for the Fripp Island Resort, so you will not have use of the pools, restaurants, tennis, or golf courses on the island. There are restaurants, and shopping as close as 15 minutes away along with a few options on the island including the marina store and deli, Springtide Market and Deli, and an ABC store. Please note that we want to keep our villa in the best condition possible and have a strict no pets and no smoking policy. Any guests who are found breaking either of these rules will be asked to leave immediately and the security deposit will not refunded.
