House is fully powered by solar. Secure with electric gate. Pool and garden maintained twice a week. The space This is not your typical ultra-modern house that so many AirBnB hosts have put up. It is warm and friendly, a bit arty, all done in good taste. The property is sloping slightly, and the house has three split levels. The garden and pool areas are exceptional, a place to relax and enjoy the sun and fun. All four bedrooms have separate doors leading directly to the garden and pool. The attached flatlet is included and has one bedroom, bathroom, and open plan kitchen/lounge, providing another space for greater privacy. Guest access Guest have full and exclusive use and access to the main house and grounds. There is a detached cottage at the end of the driveway and separated by a wall from the main house and grounds, which I may or may not be staying in, depending on travels. The cottage and garage are not accessible to guests staying in the main house. There is room for four cars to park securely in the driveway. The house and property are yours exclusively during your visit, just like home. Other things to note There is a separate one bedroom cottage on the property. I stay in the cottage when I am not traveling. The cottage is separated from the main house by a wall and the only interaction is coming and going in the driveway.
