The space Located in Ba Dinh district, our studio is surrounded by many main streets which give easy access to the Old Quarter. in a tranquil yet vivid neigborhood, our studio on the 4th floor of our house includes: - A comfortable queen size bed for 2 people - Private bathroom and cuisine corner - Furniture & equipment : Smart TV, Free Wi-fi, Air conditionner, Standing fan, Refrigerator, Hair Dryer, Cuisine corner with all the necessary utensils: mini induction hob, microwave, kettle, bowls and dishes. - Pretty balcony with beautiful flowers planted and taken care by myself - Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket nearby During your stay, please expect to meet our little boss (who is actually the real boss here, meow). She likes to go on patrol around the house. *** - 20 minutes straight from the Noi Bai airport by taxi or direct bus, - 5 minutes to Westlake by taxi or 10 minutes on foot, - 20 minutes to Hoàn Kiêm Lake in the Old Quarter, - A few steps to the nearest bus station to get into the center in about 20 minutes. >>> Convenient transport and easy circulation as our studio is located next to many main streets. *** In a lovely and friendly residential neighborhood, you will experience a real local Vietnamese life with everyday local market, many schools from primary one to Hanoi Capital University, convenient stores (Winmart), a famous plant market in Hanoi (Buoi Market), cafés and restaurants open until late in the neighborhood. You may come across several expat families too ;) Taking a few steps to surrounding main streets, you will find everything you need: nice restaurants, beautiful café shops on the side of the Westlake, 2 shopping centers Lotte and Vincom 10 minutes away by taxi, etc. Give it a try to have another view of Hanoi apart from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter! Guest access The studio is on the 4th floor and the guests have all access to the property within the studio. It can be accessed by the main stair shared with our family.
