The sitting room has comfortable stylish furniture and views over the grounds and fields beyond,there is a television with DVD player and an iPad/iphone docking station,a selection of DVD's and some board games.Many of the paintings are originals.The dining room seats six comfortably around a beautiful hand made oak table.Leading off the dining room is a small but beautifully done kitchen with oak work surfaces and hand made tiles,very well equipped with an integral dish washer,electric hob and cooker, microwave and plenty of pots pans and utensils.The bathroom is to a high standard with a bath,shower, and heated towel rail.There is also a utility room with washing machine,iron and ironing board with drying facilities. Guest access The accommodation is intirely self contained with access to a lovely part walled garden with a table and chairs .Through a gate in the side of the garden you have access to the orchard with a washing line and plenty of room for a game of football.Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks are available on request.Beyond the orchard you have access to walk in the pastures and the woods.There is ample off road parking. Baby-sitting is available on request,as are cots and high chairs.
