We are located in a wonderful neighborhood south end of island with quick access to beach located cross section at Winterberry Dr. and S Collier Blvd. We are walking distance to many attractions and amenities. The Marco Walk Shopping Center is a 5 minute walk and it offers 6 different restaurants, movie theater, ice cream parlor, clothing, jewelry and gift shops, . Convenient 7-11 and mini-putt located 1 block from our house. King sized bed in master with smart tv and private bathroom also accessible through lanai. Queen sized bed in guest room and 2 bunk beds in children bedroom sleeping up to 5 children. The bedrooms are small but provide good storage and comfortable beds. Leather sofas in living room with large smart tv; dining area overlooks pool with a modern pub height dining table seats 8; well equipped kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counters; large washer and dryer in spacious mud room. Over sized garage equipped with sport toys, bikes and beach accessories. 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute bike ride to Mackle Park (public access to basketball courts, playground, soccer field, clubhouse with ping pong, billiards, foosball, shuffleboard...) and many restaurants, shops nearby.
