Casa Frasco is part of the Rural Accommodation complex La Esperanza in the municipality of Arriate, in the Serranía de Ronda (Malaga). This accommodation is 100% adapted for people with reduced mobility or some kind of disability, so it's an element that differentiates it from other rural houses in Andalusia. This project is led by Blas, a young Aratean who has wanted to remove all the barriers he finds every time he visits a tourist accommodation. The space The house has a capacity of 2 to 6 people and has 2 double bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully equipped and equipped kitchen, adapted bathroom and the possibility of putting 2 extra beds, one in each room. It also has a private terrace with furniture and barbecue. It has central heating, A/C, and Wi-Fi. Guest access The access is complete to the house, except the swimming pool that are shared with the other 2 houses. Other things to note So that we can say that they are 100% adapted, we have studied in depth the rules for accessibility and adaptation in infrastructure, urban planning and construction. We have also considered all the necessary requirements so that the furniture, equipment that is equipped in each house, access and common areas are accessible for people who need a wheelchair to be able to move around.
