High Mead is a homely, detached family house located at the western end of Aberdovey. It occupies an elevated, south facing position with extensive views across the Dovey estuary and Cardigan Bay, with easy access to Aberdyfi's beautiful beaches and golf course. High Mead offers ideal accommodation for the holiday maker with children; provision is made to sleep up to eight in three bedrooms. Private parking for up to three cars. Large paved terrace with chairs and table. The space Notes on accommodation: Smoking in not permitted within the property. There is electric storage heating in the two main bedrooms, landing, hall and lounge; electric under-floor heating in the kitchen and dining room and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Hot water immersion heater is provided on the landing. Outside: Large paved terrace with chairs and table. Garden shed containing patio chairs and charcoal barbecue. Children's play area with swings. Utility Room: Lobby and separate toilet adjoining kitchen. Cleaning / Bed Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned between lets. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Other things to note The house is located in an elevated position with a steep road leading to it. Therefore we do not recommend this property for anyone with limited mobility or requiring wheelchair access. Pets are welcome but we charge £10 per pet per booking.
