The space - QUADRO (sleeps 8-12) It consists of 4 bedrooms on the first floor, including 2 double and 2 triple, a living room with a fireplace and a large living room with a kitchen on the ground floor. 3 bathrooms. 2 beds can be added. The rooms are spacious, furnished in perfect harmony with the Maremma style, where the original terracotta floors have been maintained. See the floor plans in the photo gallery. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, oven, fridge), the washing machine is shared. OUTDOOR SPACES The 3 units are surrounded by a large park with a swimming pool (6x12 m) with a solarium equipped with parasols and sunbeds. Near the outdoor pergola there is a relaxation area with a barbecue. Everything is enclosed by an automatic gate with well-shaded internal parking. In the large park with swimming pool you can sunbathe in the solarium equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers or go to the sea.
