The space Enjoy refreshing rainwater showers, an epsom salt soak in the bath, a selection of local fresh produce, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essential condiments for your stay. Guest access Guests have access to a baby Weber BBQ and an outdoor table with chairs — perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening meal or a glass of wine under the stars. While Wi-Fi is not provided, you’re welcome to hotspot from your mobile or bring a pocket Wi-Fi device. Mobile reception is generally strong, though it may vary slightly during heavy rain or strong winds. Other things to note Bungendore’s weather can shift quickly — warm days, cool nights, and the sometimes gusty wind. We recommend bringing a jacket, a sun hat, and sturdy shoes if you plan to explore the paddocks or nearby bush trails. The climate is dry, and the sun can be strong. In winter, you’ll stay cozy with flannelette sheets, an electric blanket, and an upsized quilt for extra comfort. This is a rural property, so while the suite is private and peaceful, you may hear the occasional farm noise — birds, frogs, and distant livestock are part of the charm. The guest suite is attached to the main house, and while it has a separate entrance and outdoor area, sometimes sound can carry between spaces. We do our best to be mindful and reduce any noise to ensure you have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Mobile signal is generally reliable, though can fluctuate slightly in wind and rain. Wi-Fi is generally not provided, so we suggest hotspotting from your phone or bringing a pocket Wi-Fi device if needed. If your Wi-Fi struggles let us know and we can share ours.
