A refundable breakage deposit applies. The space Mulligan is a double storey house located in the Langebaan Country Estate. This is modern house with the living area and sheltered built-in braai on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor. Langebaan Country Estate is a security Estate with an 18-hole Gary Player Design's Black Knight golf course. The Estate is home to a variety of indigenous wildlife and also offers an array of activities for the guest, including: • A driving range, Golf Lessons, Mashie golf, Foot golf and Pro-Putt, • Swimming Pools, Bowels, Tennis courts and Play Parks, • Fully equipped Gym and a Running & Cycling trails, and • Restaurant This house caters for 10 people of which a maximum of 6 may be adults (>12 yrs). Although Mulligan is rented out on a self-catering basis, it is equipped with quality linen and towels. Sorry, pets are not allowed! Please note that, additional to the quoted fee, we also charge a refundable breakage deposit of R3,000 which are payable with your last payment, 7 days before arrival. No check-ins will be done after 20:00. After 19:00 a late check-inn fee of R250 per half hour, or part thereof, applies. Payable in cash upon arrival.
