The basement is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath Apt. complete w/laundry room. Sleeps up to 2 people comfortably. There are 2 TV's, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon & other streaming options. Central heating & air. Lots of fun, hip games to play. Pool and hot tub May-August. There is a bike available to use on the bike trail or more bike rentals nearby. Come and enjoy this quiet, relaxing getaway with coffee or a meal on the patio. Close to DTC, Cherry Creek Resoviour, Downtown, all of Denver and other visitor favorites. Go out and explore the endless adventures Colorado has to offer. Enjoy a concert or movie night at Red Rocks Amphitheater (spring & summer). Also, a great place to hike or workout. Experience Larimer Square, LoDo or RiNo for some of the best nightlife or breweries with their infamous IPA's. The Cherry Creek Resoviour (right around the corner), Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, numerous hot springs, Garden of the Gods, Denver Botanic Gardens, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling are just a few of the many things to experience here in Denver/Colorado. Many restaurants (every fast food known to man right around the corner), shopping, theaters & several gyms are all located nearby. Additionally, this home is located on the Highline Trail for great walks, biking, etc.
