Cozily appointed older home with all the modern amenities including high speed internet, smart tv with netflix available, central air... Only bathrooms are upstairs so must be able to climb stairs. Also 1/2 stairwell into home and then down to lake. There is a rail that crosses the lake front. This is the nature of our east side. It does not have a schedule and runs 0-2x/daily. It has not disrupted guests but can be a highlight for some to watch it pass by. Other things to note We store our boat at our dock, and we would like to retain access to our boat. As our dock is to the side of our home, it will not infringe on your privacy at the home. We will also retain access to our garage, where we store our bikes as we like to bike to the nearby waterfront trail, local amenities or farmers market, or to the state parks. As our garage is detached and sits roadside atop the property, it will not infringe on privacy at all which is 1/2 a stairwell down and gated off from view.
