A queen-size-bed room in a fully furnished family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen, air purifier, 50" HDTV, surround speakers, full-body massage chair, in-room A/C, electric piano, bicycle; 2 min walk to Yonsei Univ, Ansan hiking trails, convenience stores, markets; 10 min walk to Yeonamdong bars/restaurants; 20 min bus rides to Sogang & Ewha Univ; 15 min walk/5 min bicycle to the Hongdae subway (then 20-35 min rides to all schools in Seoul). Not available 6/8-7/7/2024. One bed room w/ queen size bed. Four rooms and two bathrooms are in the suite. You will be using one of the rooms and sharing one of the bathrooms with 1 other housemate and the kitchen, living room, laundry room, etc., with 3 other housemates. Full-size kitchen & dining room, shower and toilet (shared w/ only one other room often unoccupied), full-size living room w/ big screen TV, full-size veranda for laundry As to the Seoul listings, I live at the venue as required by law so I am technically available everyday except in summer and winter. The truth is I travel a lot so I am hardly there. As to the LA listing, I do not live at the venue. Yonsei University, the classy Yeonam-dong, the vibrant Hongdae, and the buzzing Shinchon 15 min walk to Hongdae station (Green Line), 2-3 min walk to 7 bus stations, 2 min to Yonsei U campus All guests purchase their own detergent, cooking oil, tissue, and other fungible supplies. Deposit for estimated electricity cost (USD 100 -300 for 1 full summer month stay – June July August or for gas cost (USD 100-300 for winter likewise – December, January, and February) will be required for all guests upon check-in. The exact amount will depend on how many guests are staying.
