GARAGE € 5 per night The space A pretty and comfortable house, a stone's throw from the center of the charming village of Valverde, enjoys a privileged position with a unique view: the open view of Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, which can be admired in all its majesty and, if you are lucky, in the powerful beauty of its spectacular eruptions. The living area consists of a living room and a kitchen separated by a window that, from the entrance, allows a view of the panorama on the other side of the house: a glimpse of the Ionian Sea, with sunrises of ever-changing colors and romantic reflections on full moon nights. The built-in Sicilian-style kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine that works with pods. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with an equipped walk-in closet, 50-inch smart TV and "sea view" bed; the other with two single beds or a double bed (with the possibility of adding a third bed). The comfortable bathroom on the floor is equipped with a bathtub with shower. The house is completed by a bright attic, consisting of two rooms, one of which is furnished as a third double bedroom, and a small bathroom with shower. The house is heated and fully air-conditioned on both floors. The location is strategic and ideal for easily reaching the tourist destinations of eastern Sicily: the house is in fact just 2 kilometers from the entrance of the freeway/highway and, in less than half an hour, you can reach Etna, the Riviera dei Ciclopi, Taormina, and the charming and dynamic city of Catania. Just one kilometer away is the Le Zagare Shopping Center with a Coop supermarket and several shops, while a short walk away is the Jonny kiosk-bar, in Piazzetta Scelba, which is always open and available for breakfasts (granita and brioche, croissants...), refreshing drinks (such as lemon mandarin or the traditional "lemon and salt soda"), and dinners with typical grilled meat roasted on the spot. You can park in front of the house gate or in two small squares within walking distance. Upon request, the private garage under the house can be made available. If you want to visit the eastern part of Sicily, this is the ideal solution for families with children or small groups of friends: convenient, quiet and comfortable, our house will be the right reference point for fabulous excursions for all tastes. Other things to note We can provide all the necessary information for guided and non-guided excursions to Etna, the places of Sicilian culture or the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily. And of course for your lunches and dinners out. Self-check-in is available for those who want to experience a fully autonomous vacation. Linens, bedding and towels are rented for each guest from a luxury hotel supplier that guarantees hygiene and sanitation. Mattresses and pillows have just been purchased, as have the washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. The coffee maker is a Nespresso that works with pods.
