River Retro Renovated House

Our little house in the North of Goolwa has just been completely renovated with fresh paint, new bathroom, kitchen and flooring, and a bunch of other things. Only one street back from the river front (and a block or two from public boat launch), it’s in a lovely quiet part of town. The space Far from the busy ‘tourist’ areas (but only 5 mins drive), the serene neighbourhood is ideal for a relaxing stay. Big carport available for your boat and space in front for your car/s. So close to the river with a beautiful walk down to Goolwa town. Beautiful big lawn area in the back for some family cricket or the kids to explore. BBQ area and outdoor dining space for some summer evenings. Guest access Everything but the sheds. Other things to note Linen not provided unless arranged ($20 per bed). Please bring your own sheets, towels and pillowcases. Quilts, blankets and pillows available. The bath has been removed to add a second toilet.
