Centrally located Regency Townhouse. Single room

This secluded Regency area of Penzance is considered to be the most beautiful part of the town and is minutes from the town centre, the seafront, the recently refurbished Art Deco Jubilee pool, buses and Railway Station. The houses are centred around Morrab Gardens which is renowned for its sub-tropical plants. There is no through traffic so the atmosphere is calm! The space Minutes from the sea and the town centre. Walk down the little lane and you will be on the Seafront in minutes. Old Regency house, quiet and secluded. I think you would enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Parts of the house are being renovated which is an ongoing saga with a house built in 1832. This is reflected in my low rates for this particular part of town. I also have a small fold-a-way bed I can put up for another guest for an extra £10. The single room is located on the top floor next to the bathroom. It is a small room but has a beautiful view, with Newlyn in the distance. Guest access Use of Gardens. Breakfast is not included. Cafes within a two minute walk. Tea and coffee can be made in the room. Small refrigerator and toaster. I do have a cot available. Towels provided. The bathroom is primarily for the Guests Parking in the narrow lanes by the house is not easily accessible and not advisable but free parking is a minute or two away. The Car park by the Penlee House is the best and costs under £2 per 24 hours and is very close by During your stay As required! As much as you like or as little Other things to note My house is very old and is not suitable for anyone who is expecting 5***** accommodation. I would appreciate it if anyone who is extremely fussy about a little dust here and there, to look for somewhere maybe more modern etc and obviously more pricey. I do have a cot for anyone wishing to come with a child under two! And a foldaway bed for a second SMALL guest. I would like to draw your attention to the cheapness of my listing! For houses in this part of town my nightly rate is low. I recently have had a guest who was ultra critical. My pricing is economical and I find it very disheartening when I get very personal negative comments I have another listing for a Double room but the two rooms are not let out together unless by the same Party
