The space Very Spacious with wide spaces, very sunny (full South orientation in the Morning and North in the evening), endowed with a long (13m) fully vegetalized/flowered balcony from which you'll have a fantastic view of the Seine, and the Eiffel Tower in your living room, this appartment is perfect for business travels or family vacations. And to see Paris from a ravishing vedutte with multiple viewpoints. Structured around noble stones (granite and marble), wood, vegetals/flowers and mirrors, this appartment aims at magnifying its position upside the Seine, facing the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Cœur and the Montmartre colline, with South and North lightenings. On the other hand, its modern furnishing and technological conception (videoprojector (HDMI), voice-controlled speaker, electric awnings and stores, etc.) as well as its modulability aims at giving the best comfort as possible so as to arouse serenity and creativity, through tradition/modernity & urban/countryside dialectics. A very particular attention is given here to cleanliness, be it in the appartment or in the balcony (as I am a myself also a demanding guest !).
