House with garden for rent on the Way of St. James and close to the beach on the Spanish north coast (15 minutes from Santander). The space This accommodation is our own house, where I lived with my family during our stay in Spain. The house was completely painted and redecorated after we moved out. The house is located in a quiet residential area and the nearest beach is within walking distance. The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a study and a small bathroom with shower. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and double sink accessible to everyone. In the basement there is a garage for a large car (additional parking spaces on the property), a storage room and the boiler room, which also contains the washing machine and dryer.
