In this light and soothing,  spacious and renovated attic room on the 2nd floor of my home in the countryside, you can relax and forget all your worries. Ideal to stay as a workation. The house is in a dead-end street and 2 min walk from the bus and train station Mollem (line Bxl-Dendermonde) and the newly built bicycle highway OMA. You wake up to the chirping of the birds. Enjoy the floral garden. Welcome to my soothing attic room! The space The renovated spacious attic room is very bright. The room is officially registered and in accordance with fire safety. It is located on the top floor, which is accessible via 2 stairs through a closed corridor and has a door with a key. It has 2 Velux windows with blackout curtains. Air conditioning and heating is provided in the room. You can use a desk with fast Wi-Fi in the room. Guest access The shared kitchen and shared bathroom with separate toilet are both located on the ground floor. Also access to terrace and garden. The green closets in the attic room are private. You can fully use the 4 white built-in cabinets. The dining area and lounge and associated cabinets in these rooms on the ground floor are private. During your stay If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. I'll do what I can to make you as comfortable as possible. Other things to note Fry shop and small supermarket within 5 min walking distance. Train and bus station are within 2 min walking distance: electric bicycles are also available there. The bathroom and kitchen are shared on the ground floor Please always leave everything tidy. Please be quiet between 10 pm and 6 am.
