Villa Il Barattino is an incredible 6-bedroom/ 7-bathroom property, located in the valley just 11 km away from the Etruscan hill town of Cortona, immersed in the beauty of the iconic Tuscan landscape. The villa is composed of two independent buildings, rented together, and both lovingly restored. The space The main house, closest to the garden and swimming pool, has two floors. The ground floor has a large and well lit living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This is the main kitchen for the entire property. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor you will find another living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom and shower, and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double, and another bathroom with shower. The second building is slightly smaller than the main one. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with independent entrances. One of these rooms is a double while the other is a twin with two single beds that can be joined. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower, as well as a door between them that can be opened to join them. On the first floor, there is a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and another double bedroom with bathroom.
