Large sandy beach in a gated community. The space Private apartment with kitchen and en suite bathroom. The unit measures over 500 square feet, 22' x 24' with an equally large balcony space. The building is a triplex, and each apartment is self-functioning. There are shared common building entrances and staircases. Guest access Guests enter through a private gate after checking in with security. There is dedicated street parking directly outside of the building for one standard vehicle per booking (please contact if there are more vehicles or larger vehicles). Other things to note 2 to 3 night minimum stay for summer weekends, 1 night during the week. There is a second unit available of equal size for hosting a larger group of 4 guests, contact me for more information on pairing the rooms together.
