Welcome to our comfortable private guest apartment unit in Bucklands Beach. Though attached to the main house, the guest unit is completely private and has a separate entrance and a covered secure parking space right outside. 🚘 Private sheltered parking 🏡 Safe and quiet suburb. 🏖️ 5 minutes drive to the beach 🍝 5 minutes drive to restaurants, supermarkets, parks and amenities 🛫 30 minutes drive to Auckland airport 🏙️ 30 minutes drive to the city centre The space 🚪ENTRANCE - Separate private entrance down a slope in our secure basement car port through the garage door. 🍳KITCHEN- The kitchenette consists of a portable stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, rice cooker and sandwich press. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided. Coffee and tea are provided to kick start the day. 🧺 LAUNDRY - Washer and Dryer are located in the kitchenette. Line drying is available outside. 🛋️ LOUNGE- The lounge consists of a comfortable sofa, a small dining area and a large SMART TV. 🛌 BEDROOMS- There are two bedrooms - both with comfortable Queen beds. An additional single mattress can be provided upon request. Fans, heaters and heating blankets are provided in both rooms. 🚿 BATHROOM - A private bathroom with a rain shower and a separate toilet. Bath towels and toilet rolls are provided. Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. 🌳PATIO & BACKYARD- Provides guest a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 🛜 High speed WIFI is available throughout 🚘 PARKING- Free secure and sheltered parking space is provided right outside the entrance. HOST - Our family of four+ two cats live in the separate unit upstairs. The cats have no access to the guest unit and have never been in them. Please expect some foot traffic and general noise in the day. Guest access 🏡Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit, backyard and patio. Other things to note Though the space is completely private, you may occasionally hear some noise from foot traffic from the upstairs unit.
