The space The 80 m2 single-storey house on a 400 m2 plot is composed of a cellar with washing machine and dryer, a 12 m2 fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, gas-electric hobs, oven, microwave, raclette machine, etc.), a bright 35 m2 living room facing southwest with access to the 33 m2 terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer (you will also find a hairdryer and a straightener), a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Built in 2015, the house still requires some outdoor amenities. You have two parking spaces and you can enjoy the terrace which is equipped with a BBQ, a table, garden furniture and two sun loungers. The house is equipped with a heat pump that is very easy to use (temperature programming). Guest access You can use all the amenities in the house (TV in the living room and bedroom connected to Canal+, Disney+ and Netflix, fiber Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron, barbecue, etc.).
