Wooden cabin with sea view and priv. beach access

The property is located in the Urbanización Los Aposentos 5 minutes from Canoa, Manabí and can be reached by car or taxi. The area is very safe and access is monitored. From the house you have a great view of the sea and Canoa. From the apartment you can walk to the beach or a bay with caves in 5-10 minutes. Canoa can be reached on foot in 25 minutes during low tide. We have fiber optic internet and you could work online from here. Other things to note Please be aware that the house is in a rural area and that you have to cross a small river to reach the house. Normally the river can be passed by each car. When it has rained a lot, the river can rise and might not be passable for a few hours. The roads also might be muddy until they dry again during the day. Having a 4x4 might be an advantage on rainy days, but when it is dry, you can also arrive in a normal car. During low tide you can always walk along the beach to reach Canoa.
