We have two big lawns that work great for any kind of game. BBQ on the deck and another BBQ by the lake, with tables and chairs by both spots. There's also a flower / vegetable garden. Inside, there's brand new kitchen with double oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Two big living rooms and a half bath on the ground floor. Bedrooms are on the second floor, with an additional bedroom in a finished basement. There's central heat and AC, but there is also a high efficiency fireplace in the living room that is really cozy and warm. There's a new stone patio right by the lake (in addition to the lawn) that's a great place to sit and relax after a day on the lake. We have canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, floaties. There is a network of three interconnected lakes to explore with a nature preserve / park on two different lakes, an island and a few sandy beaches that are awesome destinations for picnics or adventures. There is also mountain lakes park within walking distance if you'd like to hike or explore further. This has the highest point in Westchester county. Guest access We have huge front yard, suitable for any kind of ball game. There is a large deck right beside the kitchen, and a huge back yard right by the lake, including brand new stone patio.
