A two bedroom bungalow in a peaceful location with stunning panoramic views across the Moray Firth. Beautiful sunrises over the water from the lounge and master bedroom with patio doors from the lounge and dining room into the beautiful garden with abundant bird life. A well equipped, relaxing home-from-home for couples and families, close to Fortrose village centre. Only a 25 minute stroll or short drive to the beach, home to resident Chanonry dolphins, and famous links golf course. The space Sat back from the road within a quiet culdesac in the residential area of Feddon Hill, Chanonry View is a secret retreat with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the Firth. All on one floor and with an accessible shower, it's geared up for guests with reduced mobility (please note that there is a minimum of 3 steps to gain access into the property, however, 3 of the 4 entrances have handrails). The king size en suite bedroom has views over the Moray Firth and the twin room looks out over the beautiful garden to the rear. The living room has a 2 seat recliner sofa and two armchairs with footstools. The dining room has an extendable table with ample room for 4 guests. There is also an outdoor dining table and BBQ area for a disposable BBQ and numerous seated areas for soaking up the garden sun all day long. Guest access There is one space for off-road parking in a driveway shared by the neighbouring property. The space is clearly marked. If two spaces are required, please let us know prior to arrival. Guests will have full use of the house and private garden for the duration of their stay. A shed with space for 2 bicycles is available within the enclosed garden and is secured with a padlock. Other things to note We have a no smoking policy within the property however there will be an ashtray outside on the patio. We ask that outdoor noise is kept low in the late evening to be respectful to the neighbours.
