The space The bathroom with shower over and large lounge dining room that runs the width of the property. A feature fireplace sets off the lounge and there is a 40" flat screen. The property has Wi-Fi on all floors. The Wi-Fi is not intended for streaming music or films, but is more than sufficient for checking emails and keeping in touch by social media and searching out places to visit and the owner reserves the right to charge for any additional Wi-Fi used by the Guest during their stay. A flight of stairs leads to the two bedrooms. The master has a king sized double, fitted wardrobes, a side table with light and views over the top of the football stadium to the Haldon Hills. The second bedroom is a good sized single with wardrobe and side table. Linen and towels are provided, although it is requested that towels are not taken to the beach (the owner is happy to lend some beach towels on request). Built in the 1830's there are some rather quirky floors and the sash windows, all original are worth a second look (particularly the kitchen window). Guest access This is a self contained apartment accessed through the common stairway of the property which is the home of the owner. Once insider the apartment you have the exclusive use of the facilities. There are a lot of stairs and whilst children are welcome and I will find space for a baby-buggy at street level the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility problems. Other things to note Parking outside the garage can be a problem if there is a home match at Exeter City. It can be difficult to gain entry to the space or exit from it immediately before, during and for about 30 minutes after matches, this is mainly due to the need for the vehicles bringing disabled fans to and from the ground needing time and space to off-load and load up.
