Free Street parking / Free Wi-Fi / Free room key / Self Check-in available Guests say that my place is clean, quiet, safe and cozy and the beds are small but comfy Limited kitchen use to simple dishes such as continental breakfast. The space Private room with single bed, bed linens and towels, standing hangers, table, shelf, chair, etc. Free parking Free Wi-Fi (High Speed Gigabit Internet) Shared Kitchen & Dining Room/Living Room. Included door lock with smart key will be given under request. ================== Dear guests Welcome to Smokehouse Cres! < Parking > - Please street-park your car around the house < Shoes on the shoe-rack by the door > - Do not get inside the house in shoes. - Dust off completely your shoes OUTSIDE before you get INSIDE. < NOs anywhere in the house premises > - NO SMOKING, NO DRUG, NO ALCOHOL, NO PARTY, NO VISITORS, NO PETS, NO PERFUMES/SCENTS < Quiet time > : 10PM – 6AM (11PM – 6AM Weekend) ( No laundry during Quiet Time ) < Check-in Window > : 4PM-10PM, Check-out time : 10AM < Room key > Available at $20 deposit. Host is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. < Room cleaning > + bed linen change for $30(Master room$45) during the stay. < The entrance door passcode > will be given on the check-in date. - It is a temporary number assigned for each guest, so don't release this number to anyone. - Keep the door locked at all times. - TO LOCK the door from OUTSIDE, just hit the LOCK shape button on the key pad. - TO LOCK the door from INSIDE, just turn the handle to clockwise manually. - TO OPEN the front door, just enter FOUR DIGIT PASSCODE and wait 3 SECONDS. < Turn it off when not in use and when not in attendance > Be sure to turn off the heater and electricity in your room, shared bathroom, kitchen, and other unused spaces before leaving. When going out, please turn off the heater in the room completely. Especially in winter, heating costs are high, so you should not go out or stay with the window open. < Security Camera > Security cameras at the entrance for everyone’s safety and to prevent intrusion and theft. < Ride > Please let me know if you'd like a ride (By appointment only) - $20 Nearby within 10min - $50 Downtown Victoria, UVIC - $80 Airport, Ferry terminal - The fare should be prepaid by Cash or E-transfer Smokehouse practices NO TRACE policy. The NO TRACE means 'there should be no traces where you have been'. After using shared areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, clean them in the same condition as before use. Everything in its place please. Do not consume anything except what is included and provided. < Kitchen / Dining room > - Limit your kitchen use to simple purposes only, such as instant food, toast, fridge, hot water, microwave, etc. (No roasting/frying meat or vegetables) - Please use only kitchen shelves which have guest-stickers on them. - Please make sure you do dishes and tidy up the table, floor and sink after use. < Laundry room > $3 per washer use / $3 per dryer use Be sure to use only LIQUID DETERGENT( No powder detergent). Be sure to remove wood chips, stones and dust particles before putting your laundry in the washing machine (Please do this outside at the back-yard or front-yard). Failure to do so may cause the washing machine to malfunction, and in the event of a breakdown, the user will be fully responsible for the repair/replacement cost. < Bathroom > - Use of shared bathroom is limited to 10 minutes, and showers 15minutes(No bath). - No dripping water on the bathroom floor. - To stop spreading any kind of germs or bacteria, use your won towels(Towels provided as required). - After use, flatten the shower curtain. - Leave the bathroom door WIDE open for ventilating. - Toilet Papers into the toilet after use. < No take-over between guests or roommates > Food and personal items cannot be transferred to the next guest or roommate. Every time guests or roommates move out, host organizes and deep cleans the bedroom, refrigerator, kitchen shelves, bathroom, etc. (If you transfer items without host’s permission and move out, it can be a source of conflict over whose belongings belong to whom later. And it makes it difficult for host to keep common areas tidy and organized. If you have items or food that you don't want to throw away or take with you when moving out, you may leave them where they are.)
