The Codirosso B&B residence: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price. The space The spaces dedicated to guests are located on the first floor and can be reached via an old wooden staircase. This is a private suite including a large living room, with a table, armchairs and a sofa bed, the double bedroom with an antechamber, where on request it is possible to add a single bed, and the private bathroom. On the same floor in the internal balcony there is a little kitchenette with some simple but sufficient facilities, to prepare and store food and, next to this one, there is the romantic loggia with arches where you can spend time in complete tranquility or to consume food. Outside there is a small garden where you can sit and rest in the sun. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor suite, consisting of large living room and bedroom with private bathroom. In addition, they have exclusive access to the small kitchenette located on the internal balcony, to the romantic loggia with arches and to the small garden. Other things to note Tourists tax is mandatory and must be paid on site. For guests who are more than 14 years, during high season, it is €1,00 per night per person for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. During low season (October – April) the tax is reduced to 0,50 per night. For outdoor activities you can require environmental guide service for your trekking over our wonderful mountains, or to rent an e-mountain bike to discover the area (services extra charge).
