From here, go left through a sliding glass door into the bathroom and straight into the large bedroom/living room. The living room/bedroom has a very comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, a spacious, white mirror high-gloss wardrobe, a more than 2-meter white high-gloss dresser with a 55-inch smart TV and a pull-out petrol sofa for any companions. A glass high-gloss desk in the study or dining room. There is also an extendable dining table with 4 chairs and a hand-painted 5-piece painting on the wall. Anteroom with wardrobe, dresser, bench. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror cabinet and an LG washing machine, is located directly behind the kitchen and is open at the top, towards the kitchen side. The kitchen is U-shaped, has a purple fridge-freezer, a Gorenje oven, ceramic cooktop, a hood, a Caffeo® Solo® coffee machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher! The toilet is located right next to the entrance. Guest access As it is a private apartment, you will soon have a feeling like "home." Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartment, but you can smoke in the courtyard where there are ashtrays on the window sills. In the kitchen, apart from pepper and salt, there are other spices. However, the highlight of the enjoyment is my brother's self-roasted LINDBERGH coffee. With the coffee maker, you can always grind it freshly so that it can spread its full aroma. Tea drinkers will also always find various tea bags on site. At the grocery store Billa 83 meters away you can find it all! Except my brother's coffee! Other things to note I have to collect the overnight tax of €2.50 per person per night from you and forward it to the city of Graz (not yet included in the above price). For longer stays, weekly or 14-day interim cleaning is available for a small fee.
