The house is located in the center of Pula in a quiet side street. It consists of ground floor, first floor and large garden: kitchen / dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra room. It is a very comfortable villa with approximately 120m² of space. At the back of the house there is a large outside cover area with a garden view. This area is approximately 150m² with fruit plants and ornamental trees. Parking area inside available for a small car/motobike. The space Other free parking spaces are located directly in the street in front of the house. Guest access Vacuum cleaner, washing machine and drying racks are available. A cot can be provided for small children. Wi-Fi / Internet available with mobile connection. Pets are not allowed. Please don't smoke in the house. Air conditioning and fans are present in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped for six people, but without a dishwasher. Linen, sheets and towels are provided.
