Guest access You can use and access the whole townhouse and parking area. Very near to all commercial areas like malls, restaurants, resorts, hospitals, gas stations and to all nearby scenic views. Very quite and peaceful community where you can find kind and professional people. Accessible to all your needs. Even food deliveries and food chains. It is like your living in the city with all the access. We can say that we are in the heart of Lipa City, Batangas. Other things to note I am very greatful to serve people and this is my passion.
