The connection of real wood and industrial charm makes this apartment unique. The apartment was totally refurbished in 2018. Highlights are the chic bathroom with rain shower (120x100cm) and the very large living area with designer furniture. A small outdoor area with seating invites you to relax. Please note that this is not a private terrace, but other people entering the courtyard also pass the outdoor area. The space The property is located on a cozy courtyard complex right in the center of Warnemünde. The living room is equipped with an HD TV, Bluetooth multimedia system and a cozy couch. There is also a Fire TV stick on the TV so our guests can use Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, water boiler, blender and all useful cooking utensils. In the bedroom is a big closet and a double bed (160x200cm). Guest access Our guests have access to the apartment, access to the in-house WLAN network and are allowed to stay in all public areas. If necessary, you can borrow games from us for free or search for new reading material in our small library. Other things to note Please note that upon arrival, the local spa tax will be charged additionally.
