Dundee - American Foursquare 1920's Home

House is in the historic Dundee neighborhood, only a few blocks East of Warren Buffet's home. Built in 1924, the house has a lot of charm, has been fully updated, and has lots of spacious room. 3600 sq ft. Has a wonderful, full front porch and a 2nd floor balcony off the master bedroom. The space Our street is quaint, great neighbors and only a 10 minute drive to downtown. We do have a treadmill and some light weights but if you plan to exercise, a run through the neighborhood or Elmwood and Memorial Park is recommended. Guest access Kitchen, treadmill, tv's, garage, Netflix and HBO. Other things to note We do have a pack n play if you need one. I can set it up; just ask! Please, no parties.
