You can select to keep your privacy or to interact with my husband and me as we will share the kitchen and other main living areas. If we are not at home, we will be available by phone. Other things to note For evenings after 9 p.m., until 6 a.m., we do ask you to park on the right-hand side of the driveway. Minimum age To rent is 21 years old. The City of Indio requires the responsible party will be required to submit the following: (a) the name, address, telephone number and a copy of the valid government identification of the Responsible Person; (b) a list of the names of all Occupants of the Short-Term Rental; and (c) a list of all vehicle information and license plate numbers of the Responsible Person and Occupants and guests. The main community pool is located near the front entrance, but there are also two satellite pools conveniently closer to the property. If you'd like to enjoy any of the three pools during your stay, just let us know—we'll be happy to provide access. While this is a private room offer, we want you to feel at home. Feel free to use our kitchen and outdoor furniture. Guests who furnished us with their vehicle's license plate information may access the community through any of the three entry/exit points, located on Avenue 48, Jackson Street, and Monroe Street. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We’re happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out based on availability. If you’d like to extend your stay on either end, just let us know in advance.
