Home in North Myrtle Beach

Great, sunny, bright home in North Myrtle Beach. Only three blocks to the beach and ten minutes to Barefoot Landing. Its a three minute walk to the beach. The house is in a very safe area of Crescent Beach. There are restaurants within walking distance. The house is about 900sf, perfect for small groups. Parties are not allowed and violators will be required to leave with no refund. We are motorcycle friendly. If you have questions or concerns regarding this rule, please ask. The space No bad moods here! The house is painted and decorated in bright, beachy colors. The side porch is an awesome place to relax, read or enjoy a cup of coffee. The yard has been completely landscaped. You'll love hanging out on the side porch or in the back in the hot tub. And, the beach is a short, three minute walk away. We have a complete inventory of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, cart, cooler, etc). There is a cornhole set that you can use at the house - the driveway is perfect. (Please do not take it to the beach as the bags will get wet and mold) There is a 65" SmartTV in the living room. There is a second 50" SmartTV in the second bedroom. There is no TV in the master bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note We stay in the home frequently, so it is important to us to have responsible guests. Treat our home as if it were your own. Please remember that parties are not allowed. Dogs are allowed subject to a pet fee of $25/day for one dog and $30/day for two dogs. Any additional pet fees due after booking will be requested separately. No cats please. There are two smart TV's in the house. You may have to log in with your own information for some of the apps (Netflix, Amazon, YouTubeTV, etc)
