Located less than 10 minutes drive from Hastings, in the beautiful countryside of Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve, and just a 15 minute walk to the quiet beach of Covehurst Bay. Located adjacent to the owners' home, you have access to their heated indoor swimming pool, gym, outdoor hot tub and flower gardens to enjoy. The area is officially the sunniest part of the UK, surrounded by green countryside, wildlife, plenty of beaches and all the amazing castles and history from 1066 Battle of Hastings (Norman conquest of England). Come and explore a fantastic English country get-a-away! Guest access The pool, steam room, gym and hot tub are shared use; we have 2 other holiday lets. Pool, steam room & gym open from 8am-8pm Hot tub closes at 11pm During school term times, the pool is used for: Baby Swim School: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (private use 9am-3pm). 1-on-1 Lessons: Tuesdays & Thursdays (shared use 4pm-5:30pm). Pool Private Hire: Occasional Sundays 10am-2pm. During school holidays, we mostly keep the pool free for our holiday accommodation guests all day, with the exception of some Mondays & bank holidays. On baby swim days, the pool water is heated slightly higher than normal to 32 degrees. Larger communal landscaped gardens are also available to socialise, relax and view the array of flowers and exotic plants on display. Electric bike and mountain bike hire are available. Other things to note The cottage has its own private sunbathing patio. A glass-roofed outside dining area with gas BBQ, pool table and sitting area for socialising. It is fully gated/enclosed to secure dogs and small kids. The owners' large gardens are also available for you to wander around and enjoy the flowers, exotic plants, or relax and sunbathe.
