The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, mini oven, fridge, kettle and microwave. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries. The TV runs on a FireTV stick with waipuTV and Netflix. In the local pizzeria you can enjoy delicious food from Wed-Sun from 11:30-14:00 & 17:30-21:30. Vehicles drive on and off the premises during opening hours, although this is barely audible with the windows closed. The location is very quiet. The space The studio is in a top location! All shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl & Penny, all max. 5 min. away). The hospital, the Heart and Diabetes Center (HDZ) and the Westkorso with various clinics can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car. For relaxation, the Bali Therme can also be reached in 5 minutes by car. The Werre-Park shopping center can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. A bus stop is about 100m away, where a bus runs every hour to the hospital/HDZ, city center/central station and Werre Park. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and offers free WiFi and access to Netflix and WaipuTV. There is ample parking along the street in front of the building.
